Kozak Sports Center is in the Aspen Business Park on Middlebury Boulevard, off Canfield Avenue in Randolph NJ. Canfield Avenue (also marked as County Road 669) runs from US Highway 46 in the north, crossing State Highway 10 and ending on Sussex Turnpike on the south. Canfield Avenue is frequently identified as the road with the DMV (Dept. of Motor Vehicles) facility for road tests and vehicle inspections, about a quarter mile north of Route 10.

Middlebury Boulevard (and the Aspen Business Park) is on the western side of Canfield Avenue, about 0.5 miles north of Route 10 and about 1.3 miles south of Highway 46. Kozak Sports Center is on the right side of Middlebury Boulevard, about 0.3 miles west from the Canfield Avenue intersection.  The building is brown brick with a large clock and white number 6 in the upper right corner of the front of the building.
