Facility Rules & Regulations

Facility and Local Club Concerns. It has come to our attention via phone calls and several e-mails that coaches, regardless of club affiliation or not, have been actively "recruiting" or "poaching" players  in various ways.  Kozak Sports Center will not tolerate this type of activity.  Coaches/Trainers engaging in these activities in our facility will not be allowed into Kozak Sports Center. 

Kozak Sports Center seeks to provide a comfortable and friendly environment for its users where the focus can be on the activities. Our Rules and Regulations manifest our concern with providing all users a safe, clean, wholesome and enjoyable venue to engage in recreation, physical training and competitive sports.

Participants who abuse these Rules & Regulations may be asked to leave the premises, and their scheduled participation in future events may be cancelled. Thank you for your cooperation.

All participants must be covered by medical/injury insurance. Each individual entering the field area must produce a player or coach pass with a sports association certified with the facility, or be covered by a policy obtained by any entity renting field time. For individuals without such coverage, annual passes can be obtained at the facility. For example, US Futsal passes will be available with simple, on-the-spot registration procedures for a $6/year fee for youth players.

Sporting participants are responsible for the actions and behavior of associated family members and spectators. Children of family members and spectators are to be supervised at ALL times. Kozak Soccer Center is not responsible for un-supervised spectators, friends and family members.

Due to the actions of some, Kozak Soccer Center will no longer permit individuals to bring food into the facility from outside vendors. This rule will be strictly enforced.

No smoking anywhere inside the building.

No chewing gum inside the building.

No acts of vandalism, graffitti or other damage to the facility will be tolerated. Please be aware that security cameras do record activities both inside and outside the building. Kozak Sports Center reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies for violation of this regulation, including both criminal charges and civil suit.

No ball play in common areas (that is, anywhere off the playing fields).

No cleats inside the facility. Small-nubbed turf shoes are acceptable.

No profanity, no coarse or abusive language, no insulting or derogatory speech and absolutely no physically threatening behavior inside the facility. This will be most vigorously enforced during such periods of use when minors can be expected to populate the facility. Nonetheless, a spirit of good sportsmanship is expected to exist at all times during facility usage, towards opponents, teammates, game officials and facility personnel.

No food or liquids on the playing fields.

No betting or wagering activity inside the facility.

Please use trash receptacles provided.

Please park in the marked parking spaces only.
